We understand it can be difficult to stick to your training plan on your own. It can also be difficult to exercise with a busy work and family schedule.
DBK Fitness Glasthule assesses your fitness needs and provides a flexible class timetable for you to train. We provide an environment for local people to train seriously yet enjoy the social element of meeting like minded individuals. We are a results based gym with a large emphasis on continued progress. Our fitness coaches make sure that you train safely and minimise the risk of injury. This allows you to maximise results from your training.
